My research led me to a French Michelin restaurant called Allegorie, and it couldn't have been better! Our server Marie was a total doll, and super professional, plus the food was spectacular!! Have a look for yourself:

A splendid evening in Madrid—the exquisite cuisine, the exceptionally attentive Marie, whose presence made it truly unforgettable, and our lively, engaging conversations. It was an extraordinary experience.
